We are dedicated to higher education and continued growth through learning.
As a way to give back to our clients and honor continued education in our field, Multop Financial is pleased to announce the Multop Financial Scholarship Program, an annual $2,000 educational award.
This scholarship opportunity is available to the children and relatives of Multop Financial clients. For clients who do not have student-age children in their families, the opportunity may be passed along to a student in the community by way of a personal nomination.
Phil Multop explains, “We are making this scholarship available to the family members, friends, coworkers and neighbors of all our clients. As long the student is recommended by a client, his or her application will be considered.” The scoring process is handled by the Client Advisory Board. No employee or owner of Multop Financial is included in the selection process.

Multop Financial is pleased to announce that our Client Advisory Board has selected Kelley Gregory as the 2009 recipient of the Multop Financial Scholarship. Our 2009 recipient of the $2,000 Multop Financial Scholarship is a Whatcom Community College student of Science with aspirations to ultimately attend Graduate school to be a Registered Nurse. Client Advisory Board member, Dale Kloes, states: "[Kelley Gregory’s] was by far the most compelling application and essay. It feels good to reward this kind of dedication."
Phil Multop comments, "The goal of the Multop Financial Scholarship program is to reward a deserving student, and the Board has certainly accomplished that duty again this year. After reading Kelley's application I can whole-heartedly endorse the Board's decision. We are really pleased to announce Kelley Gregory as this year's winner."
The Multop Financial Scholarship was implemented in 2008 as a way for the firm to give back to the community. Applications are accepted from children and relatives of Multop clients, as well as from client recommended individuals.
